By accessing or using AIM — Sovereign AI Infrastructure ("AIM", "Service") operated by iViRTH, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AIM is a platform that allows individuals and entities to deploy custom, isolated AI agents. The Service includes the onboarding wizard, knowledge ingestion pipeline, persona configuration tooling, deployment infrastructure, and associated APIs. Pricing, add-ons, and tier definitions are as described on aim.ivirth.in and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
Upon successful payment and setup, iViRTH grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the AI node provisioned for your account for the subscription period. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute access to your AIM node without explicit written permission.
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are due in advance. The base setup fee is charged once. Add-on subscriptions are billed annually. Payments are non-refundable after the AI node has been provisioned, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Contact us within 7 days of payment if provisioning has not commenced to request a full refund.
When a new user registers with your Helix ID, you receive 1% of their AI's subscription and API token volume transactions, credited monthly. This is a perpetual right tied to your active Helix ID. iViRTH reserves the right to terminate participation in the Eternal Matrix for accounts found to be engaged in fraudulent referral activity.
A 10% structural discount is available for solo women creators, women-led tech founders, and individuals building their first automated workflow. This discount is applied upon validation by our team after submission. Misrepresentation to obtain the discount may result in account suspension and clawback of the discount amount.
All content you upload to your AIM node remains your intellectual property. iViRTH makes no claim to ownership of your data or AI outputs. Your data is stored in an isolated silo and is never used to train third-party or foundational AI models. The AIM platform, its infrastructure, design, and codebase remain the intellectual property of iViRTH.
iViRTH targets 99.5% monthly uptime for deployed AI nodes. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated 24 hours in advance. iViRTH is not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers, force majeure events, or actions taken by the user.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your node is deactivated and your data is queued for deletion within 30 days. iViRTH may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iViRTH's liability for any claim arising from use of AIM is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. iViRTH is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
iViRTH may update these Terms with 30 days' notice sent to your registered email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
