When you create and configure an AIM deployment, we collect:
Your ingested data is never used to train foundational AI models — not ours, not any third party's. Every user's knowledge base lives in an isolated vector storage silo, partitioned at the infrastructure level. There is no shared embedding pool. This is a binding operational commitment, not a preference setting.
Your knowledge base is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Persona AI silos are single-tenant. Nexus AI vaults use role-based access control with team-level partitioning. We conduct regular security audits and maintain a responsible disclosure process.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your content with advertising networks. We may share operational data with:
Your knowledge base and configuration data are retained for the duration of your active subscription and for 30 days after termination, after which they are permanently deleted from all systems. Contact us to request earlier deletion.

AIM uses only functional session cookies for authentication and CSRF protection. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or persistent analytics cookies.
AIM is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
